It is recommended that a copy of the Registration Newsletter be kept for future reference.
REGISTRATION REBATES:
Once again PGMHA will be offering a rebate of $ 50.00 from the registration fee to parents willing to volunteer for two 5 hour shifts in the concession. You are required to go to the office and choose the time slots which you are interested in volunteering, bring along your calendar. In order to receive the rebate for this current year the volunteer hours need to be filled before March 31, 2011. PLEASE SUPPORT THE MINOR HOCKEY CONCESSION WHEN YOU ARE AT THE RINK – IF THE CONCESSION MAKES A PROFIT, IT HELPS TO KEEP THE COSTS LOWER FOR MEMBERS.

REFUND POLICY: All requests for refunds must be made in writing. Refunds will have insurance costs deducted and be prorated. Any refunds prior to September 1st will be charged a $25.00 administration fee. Refunds after September 1st will be charged a $40.00 administration fee. Refund of dues paid by Visa, MasterCard or Interac will also be subject to a 2% banking fee. No refunds will be given after December 31 2010.
